Help us find the right answer
- Before ordering: include the product link or product ID, the age group and the size you are considering. For fit advice, include the wearer's relevant measurements.
- After ordering: include your order number and a short description of the issue.
- Incorrect or damaged item: include your order number and a photo of the item and the issue.
Shipping and tracking
Our current policy offers free standard shipping worldwide. Please check the Shipping Policy for order preparation and estimated delivery times. If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

Returns
Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Return Policy. Contact us before sending anything back. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
