Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production or shipment begins. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with their tags attached and original packaging. Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Contact service@wearkins.com before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

• If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

• No restocking fee is charged.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will email you with the result. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

European Union Cancellation Rights

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable exceptions.

Items should be returned in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, together with proof of purchase. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
