Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipment or production. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To ensure proper processing, please contact our customer care team before returning your item to receive the correct return address.
Important Notes
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund
- If the return is initiated by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us
- No restocking fees will be charged on returns
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not yet appeared, please check your bank account again.
You may also contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary, followed by your bank for further clarification.
