Wearkins.com was founded by two fathers who believed that love does not ask for permission, it simply protects, nurtures, and stays.
When they became parents, they began to notice something beautiful in nature. In the icy winds of Antarctica, male penguins take turns cradling their eggs for weeks, balancing fragile life on their feet against the cold. In the vast African plains, elephants form protective circles around their calves, a living fortress made of trunks, patience, and memory.

Wearkins.com was born from that realization. If nature does not question love, why should the world?
As two fathers raising their child, they wanted clothing that reflected their family’s truth. Something soft enough for a child’s skin, strong enough to carry meaning, and natural enough to honor the earth their child will grow up in. They searched for parent child pieces that felt authentic to LGBTQ families and found very little. So they decided to create what they could not find.
